The following rates are available to all government organizations eligible to use

CLASS MATERIALS:

All class materials, including workbooks, exercises, and CDs for each participant are included in the program fees.

REGISTRATION & CONFIRMATION:

You may register by telephone, U.S. Mail, e-mail, or by filling out the convenient registration form; we shall send you a confirmation letter & invoice.

ARRANGEMENTS:

A well-planned and well-equipped training room is vital to program success.  If you wish for us to arrange a venue away from your offices, at pass-through additional cost, please allow at least 30 days prior to your desired training date.  

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations for training workshops received up to five working days before the scheduled delivery date and rescheduled within 90 days will incur no cancellation fee. GSA is responsible for all travel costs associated with the cancellation and the re-scheduled activity.  Workshops not re-scheduled within 90 days will be subject to a ten (10) percent cancellation fee plus the full amount of travel costs associated with the cancellation. 

Cancellations for Workshops received less than five working days before the scheduled activity will result in a cancellation fee equal to ten (10) percent of the scheduled activity fee plus the full amount of travel costs associated with the cancellation.

*More than 16 participants are not recommended for some participatory classes; however, if you chose, additional participants will be accommodated at $370.00/person/day.
